You can schedule appointments by phone or email. 

 

Session frequency is determined together based on your needs and goals.

 

Notice of cancellation 24-hours ahead is required to avoid charges. If you have a session on Monday, you need to let me know by Friday if you need to cancel your session.

 

Payment is due at the time of session. I accept payment by cash, check or credit card.

 

With regard to insurance, I am considered an out-of-network provider. At your request, I am happy to provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Fees are based on a 50 minute session at the cost of $200:

$120 for a 30 minute session
$200 for a 50 minute session
$240 for a 60 minute session
$360 for a 90 minute session
